Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy

Being neurospicy can be challenging and beautiful. We live in a world where neurodiversity is so prevalent yet misunderstood and unseen. I support neurodivergent folks, whether that’s self-diagnosed, formally evaluated, or still exploring! It’s important for me to build a supportive space through the neurodiversity-affirming framework where you can express all parts of you.
